MEBI Supports IndoEBTKE ConEx 2026 with Two Biomass Breakout Sessions.
Jakarta (MEBI-NEWS) – Masyarakat Energi Biomassa Indonesia (MEBI), or the Indonesian Biomass Energy Society, is supporting the upcoming 12th Indonesia EBTKE ConEx 2026, which will take place on 2–4 September 2026 at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Now in its 12th edition, IndoEBTKE ConEx serves as a forum and exhibition that brings together stakeholders from across the new and renewable energy sector. The event convenes companies, government institutions, industry experts, investors, academics, and business leaders to connect and explore opportunities for collaboration and investment.
As part of this year's event, MEBI is also serving as the Biomass Organizing Committee for two Breakout Sessions scheduled for Thursday, 3 September 2026.
The first session, titled “Bioethanol E20, Biodiesel B50 and SAF,” will take place from 10:50 AM to 12:20 PM WIB in Room 1. The session will explore the development of various bioenergy-based fuels and their role in supporting the energy transition.
MEBI will also serve as the Biomass Organizing Committee for the Breakout Session titled “Community-Based Biomass and Biogas,” which will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM WIB in Room 1. The session will discuss the potential and development of community-based biomass and biogas as part of efforts to expand the use of renewable energy.
Both sessions form part of a broader series of discussions that bring together diverse perspectives and experiences in advancing bioenergy development in Indonesia. MEBI views forums such as IndoEBTKE ConEx as an important platform for strengthening dialogue and collaboration among government, industry, academia, communities, and other stakeholders.
